Expert to Discuss Jewish Women and the Holocaust at Rowan

To celebrate Women?s History Month, Dr. Myrna Goldenberg, Ida E. King Distinguished Visiting Scholar of Holocaust Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, will present ?Gentle Heroism: Jewish Women and the Holocaust? on Tuesday, March 21, at 4:45 p.m. in the Rowan Hall Auditorium at Rowan University.

Goldenberg strives to tell the story of Jewish women and the Holocaust in order to teach others not to be silent in the face of oppression and indifference. Goldenberg is currently writing a book on American Jewish Women Poets and the Holocaust.

Light refreshments will be served before the presentation. This event is free and open to the public.
