Student Government to Hold Vigil, 11/2

The Rowan University Student Government Association is holding a memorial vigil to honor the life of Donnie Farrell on Saturday, November 3, at 8:30 p.m.

A candle light procession will begin in front of the Student Center and end at the site where Mr. Farrell was struck down. A brief ceremony will be held and moment of silence will be observed at 9:13 p.m.--the moment the first 911 call was made.
