South Jersey Technology Park Board to meet April 17

The Board of Directors of the South Jersey Technology Park at Rowan University will meet on Thursday, April 17, at 2 p.m. in the Campbell Library Tower, Rowan University, Rt. 322, Glassboro.

The meeting will include but may not be limited to the following:
       

• Marketing report and tenant prospect summary
• Construction updates
• Financial report
• Discussion of planned board reorganization
• Resolutions and authorizations concerning:
  • Modifying loan interest rate
  • Initiating a search for legal counsel
  • Proceeding with lease and other negotiations
