AMA awards Rowan student chapter

The student chapter of the American Marketing Association in the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University recently won an AMA Outstanding Professional Development Award and took first place in the "Best Use of the Conference Theme" category in the Exhibit Competition at the 30th Annual International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans.

According to the organization, the more than 60-year-old AMA is one of the largest professional associations for marketers, with 38,000 members worldwide. The organization has more than 250 student chapters.
