Simmerman earns doctorate in education from Rowan

Millville resident Herbert R. Simmerman, Jr. recently earned his doctorate in educational leadership from Rowan University's College of Education.

A school psychologist in Vineland, Simmerman lives in Millville with his wife, Dr. Kimberly L. Simmerman, and their son, Julian.

His doctoral dissertation was titled, "Target School Research Project: Change and Learning Community Development."

Simmerman earned his school psychology certification from Rowan in 2007 and his master's degree in school psychology in 1994.
