South Jersey Technology Park Board to meet July 17

The Board of Directors of the South Jersey Technology Park at Rowan University will meet on Thursday, July 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Campbell Library Tower, Rowan University, Rt. 322, Glassboro.

The meeting will include but may not be limited to the following:

• Marketing report and tenant prospect summary
• Construction updates
• Financial reports
• Discussion of planned board reorganization
• Update on corporate counsel search
• Business operations agreement
• Proposal for technology company incubation
• Resolution to engage Markeim - Chalmers
