Rowan event highlights job opportunities with federal government, non-profit agenciesFebruary 09, 2012
If you're looking to start a career with the federal government or a non-profit agency, Rowan University's Savitz Hall is the place to be on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
From 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Rowan's Career Management Center will host a Federal Government and Non-Profit Organization Career Fair in the atrium of Savitz Hall, 201 Mullica Hill Road, Glassboro.
Open to students and the general public, the career fair will include representatives from close to 20 federal agencies and non-profit organizations. They include, among others, the National Park Service, the New Jersey State Police, the Department of Labor, the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Secret Service, the U.S. Mint and Camden County Habitat for Humanity.
Representatives will answer questions about job opportunities in their respective agencies.
