Route 322 closure and detour on May 17 for Rowan University commencement ceremonies

Route 322, from Bowe Boulevard to Main Street in Glassboro, will close from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 17, for Rowan University's undergraduate Commencement ceremony.
 
Guests attending Commencement are asked to arrive early for the 10 a.m. ceremony on the University Green off Whitney Avenue. Attendees will be directed to Rowan parking lots off Bowe Boulevard and Carpenter Street.
 
Police will be posted at the Bowe Boulevard and Main Street intersections of Route 322 to divert traffic to Delsea Drive or Carpenter Street. In addition, signs will be posted on Route 322 before the intersections alerting drivers to the upcoming road closure and directing them around the campus.
 
Motorists not attending graduation should seek an alternate route around the Rowan campus.
