Rowan Hosts International Education Program

Rowan University?s International Student Services and Multicultural Affairs Department will host an international education program beginning Thursday, Nov.8 through Tuesday, Nov. 20 at various locations on the Glassboro campus.

Demonstrations of Indian henna tattoos and sari wrapping as well as Japanese origami will be the focus of the World Fest on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 11 a.m. at the Student Center Pit.

Additional highlights include:

- Engineering Professor Dr. Beena Sukumaran?s, presentation on traditional Indian dance styles on Thursday, Nov.8 at 3:30 p.m. in Esby Gym, room 4.


- A screening of the German film Run Lola Run, on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Bozorth Auditorium.

- A lunchtime violin concert on Friday, Nov. 16 at noon in the Savitz Hall Atrium.

- A look into Chile?s prehistoric past by Dr. Maria Rosado and Heather Schiffer, professors of Geography/Anthropology, on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 11 p.m. in Robinson, room 323.
