The Rowan Chapter has been very active in the past few years and has received numerous awards from the national group. Recently, the Rowan chapter was named an outstanding chapter for the fourth consecutive year and received its third consecutive Sigma Pi Sigma research award (a $2,000 grant to study ultracold plasmas under the guidance of Dr. Michael Lim.).
