Wanda Foglia, Law and Justice Studies, published her article “Failure to Follow Law: Problems with Capital Juror Decision-Making” in the Civil Rights Section Connection, a publication of the American Association for Justice, and testified about her research on capital juror decision-making in death penalty cases in New Hampshire, Indiana and Georgia this summer.
