Women's History Month: Dr. Claire Moses(Mar 06, 2003)
Dr. Claire Moses is Professor of Womens Studies and Affiliate Professor of History at the University of Maryland. In 2003, she was recognized as the university's Outstanding Woman of the Year. She is also the Editorial Director of Feminist Studies, a leading journal of womens studies scholarship and theory. Dr. Mosess research and teaching interests focus on feminist theory and histories of feminist organizing and on the history of European women.

Miranda Massie, Esquire, was lead counsel for the student intervenors in Grutter v. Bollinger. She is currently an associate with Scheff & Washington, P.C. Her presentation is titled: Standing on the Promise of Brown and Building a New Civil Rights Movement - the student interveners in Grutter v. Bollinger.
