Nelson talked about when students should start preparing for their future careers, and it should happen much earlier than people think--even before high school. Nelson also spoke about an upcoming project called Rediscover Me, where she meets with a group of women once a month.

Fleming, an air traffic controller and flight instructor in Monterey, California, also talks about the way the Vietnam War affected both the Americans and Vietnamese and his advice on how to stay stress free in the workplace.

He also gave information about the Lymphoma Research Foundation and some of the events that they hold throughout the year including and educational forum and an upcoming 5k walk on Sunday, May 5th at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, NJ.
