Grand Master Vernon Rich of CMA Martial Arts and Self Defense in Woodbury, NJ joined host Stanley El to discuss his city-life upbringing and his evolution into his love and practice of martial arts. Rich shared the core values he instills in his students and the rewards he reaps as an entrepreneur.

Jahnesha Henry, model, playwright, artist and poet joined host Stanley El and K-Len Anderson to discuss her many passions from writing to nursing to modeling and motherhood. She also discussed her American Dream, to be the best example for her children. She aims to complete college and achieve her dream of being a nurse. Later, Henry gave a synopsis of the play she's finished writing and planning to stage later this year.

Host Stanley El spoke with Lauren Fisher, a Deptford native and Deptford Township Hall of Famer for Basketball, boxer, artist, writer and model about her career and projects. Fisher hopes to inspire others through the work she does and looks to be inspired by others' stories. She also spoke about an "interactive journal" she's working on for young girls to help them start thinking at a deeper level.

Host Stanley El spoke with Robert Hawthorne, poet, philosopher and studier of macrobiotics. Hawthorne made his contribution to the American Dream through poetic insights into a New Age for the earth. He explained some of his poetic habits and inspirations as well as a few short readings of some of his recent work.

Grantham discussed an upcoming play she's starring in, Volpe shared her excitement of graduation, Anderson talked about revamping his YouTube series and El mentioned his numerous books he's publishing this year. He also offered insight on how writing books is much easier than it seems.

Tony Ebola, 10, joined host Stanley El to discus his future career aspirations which include becoming a veteranarian. He also shared how he reached his goal of saving money to buy a dog. Tony also talked about working with his father at his pizza shop in Woodbury, NJ and hopes to one day work there.

Michael Williams, musician and composer, joined host Stanley El to discuss his music career. Recently, Williams has founded a grassroots program called The Healing America Music Project that deals with healing and the principles of the American Constitution. Williams goes into detail about how all the events in his life have lead up to him creating this group and working with music. He also stressed the importance and relevance of performing patriotic music all year long.

Tom Mirochna, artist and gallery owner joined host Stanley El to discuss his gallery, Tria Art located in Woodbury, NJ. Mirochna shared his American dream, to help establish the arts in South Jersey, particularly in Woodbury. He also talked about his art and his career as an artist. Later, Mirochna talked about the opening of his gallery and the various artists' work he houses there.

Leah Bozarth, representative from The Choclatier, a retail chocolate and nut shop in Woodbury, NJ joined host Stanley El and co-host Maya Grantham to discuss her life as a fourth generation candy store manager. She shared her American Dream of fulfilling her goal of keeping the family business and it's tradition alive. Finally, Bozarth talked about what she considers her greatest victory: managing her business and having learned how to cook the candy and cook it well.

Grand Master Vernon Rich, martial arts instructor at CMA Martial Arts Self Defense and entrepreneur, joined host Stanley El to discuss his martial arts background and his American Dream of rebuilding the reputation of martial arts. Rich later explained what he expects out of students and what he does to meet students' expectations. Finally, physical benefits of practicing martial arts were outlined.
