Siblings Sharnice and Christopher Jones joined host Stanley El to share their American Dreams. Sharnice, who enjoys singing and acting, and Christopher, who is an aspiring filmmaker, have huge aspirations for teenagers. Sharnice spoke of her dreams of being on Broadway and going to medical school. Christopher spoke of owning his own business and getting involved with animation. Finally, they shared what they believe it takes for young people to be successful and reach their dreams.

In observance of Women's History Month, Dr. Lenore Hill shared a woman's veterans project. Dr. Hill spoke about her work in developing programs to house and give supportive services to women veterans. She also mentioned the personal development center for women veterans that she's currently working towards. Finally, Hill spoke of her American Dream: not forgetting the work that veterans--men and women--have done.

Raymond West shared his graphic design aspirations with host Dr. Stanley El and co-host Maya Grantham. West described the trials of being young with an American Dream of success. West explained his strengths in the field and how he hopes to eventually see his work in magazines. Besides just working with graphics, West also incorporates photography into his designs.

The grand finale of the American Dream's Black History Month Girlfriends of Women Pioneers concluded with the group of girls who participated in the month-long event. Zayda Flannigan shared information about Cynthia Dolores Tucker, Ciara Brewington detailed the accomplishments of Althea Gibson, Taisha Colon shared the story of Donyale Luna and Jazmin Wilson provided information on Madam C.J. Walker.

As a continuing tribute to Black History Month, Taisha Colon shared the story of Donyale Luna, the famous African American model and the first cover girl. Born Peggy Ann Freeman, Luna grew up in a troubled household and eventually went on to be the first African American on the cover of Vogue magazine in 1966. Colon detailed Luna's career and personal life as well as the impact of race in modeling and publications of the time.

As a part of Black History Month, Ciara Brewington joined host Stanley El to discuss the accomplishments of Althea Gibson, pioneer for African American women in tennis. Brewington, who also plays tennis, mentioned that Gibson was the first African American to be named the female athlete of the year. Due to the views on race in the country at the time, Gibson faced challenges. Brewington was inspired by Gibson's perseverance in tennis.

Grantham and host Stanley El discussed the Harlem Renaissance and the popular musicians of the time. Jazmin talked a bit about the life and work of Madam C.J. Walker.

Zayda Flannigan a nine year old member of Teen Circle of Ten, a local organization. The group is participating in a Black History Month activity and Zayda chose to share information about Cynthia Dolores Tucker, a civil rights activist from the Philadelphia area. Zayda gave a a biography of Tucker's life as well as what she found most interesting about Tucker.

Olga El and Lasha Naziara, dancers, shared information about a dance group that they direct: Kandake Dance Theatre Company. Based out of New York, the company is comprised of a collection of dancers and performers of all different backgrounds. The women consider the company as a dance group for social change. Robert Hawthorne, a sociologist and self-proclaimed "lightologist" (one who shares the light), joined host Stanley El in order to share his 2012 prophecy. Hawthorne gave insight on his background and training. In addition, Hawthorne gave a reading of a summary of research findings and personal observations. Finally, Hawthorne explained how he comes to his conclusions and inspirations for his poetry.
