The Support
Desk
The
Information Resources Support Desk, a unit of Network and
Systems Services, is responsible for assisting students, faculty
and staff with computer and telecommunication issues. The
main objective of the Support Desk is to troubleshoot computer
software and hardware, email, printing, access to network
servers, network passwords,
and all aspects telecommunications.
The Support
Desk policy is to support on-campus software and hardware
issued deployed by Network and Systems Services administrators and installed by Field Technicians.
Technical support is also available to assist users to connect to the Rowan Cloud and other network servers from campus and home
computers.

Support Desk is located in Memorial
Hall on the South-Side of the Glassboro Campus.

The Support Desk is located on the first floor in Memorial Hall South, adjacent
to Bunce Hall and across from Bozorth Hall.

Hours
Support Desk hours for spring and fall semesters are Monday
through Friday 8:00 am through 5:00 pm.
Summer hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am through
5:30 pm.
Extended hours are available during the first two weeks
of Fall and Spring semesters. Hours are 8:00 am through
6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am through 5:00
pm Friday.

How
to Submit a Work Order
If
you need to report a problem, there are three convenient ways
to submit a work order:
- On
the Internet visit the web site http://support.rowan.edu. Login with your network username and password. If you do not know your username or password go to http://www.rowan.edu/password to reset your password and retreive your username.

Send mail to support@rowan.edu.

By telephone, if on campus call Extension 4400.
If you are off campus dial 856.256.4400.
Also,
you can visit the Rowan Support Desk in Memorial Hall South.
They can help you quickly resolve your questions or problems.
