The IRT Support Desk, a unit of Network and System Services (NSS), is responsible for assisting employees and students with computer and telecommunication issues. The main service of the Support Desk is to troubleshoot computer software and hardware, email, printing, access to network servers, network passwords, and all aspects telecommunications.
Additionally, the Support Desk supports specific software and hardware deployed by NSS and individual personal desktop and mobile devices. Technical support is also available to assist users with connecting to the Rowan Cloud and other network servers from on or off campus.

The Support Desk is located on the first floor in Memorial Hall South, adjacent
to Bunce Hall and across from Bozorth Hall.

Support Desk hours are 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday
During the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters, hours are extended to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
