Effective May 14, 2012, obtaining quotes from Apple Computer has changed. 


The old Apple Store page has been replaced with a new model by Apple. If you need to obtain a quote, you can do one of the following:



1. Register for a new Apple Educational account using this site: https://ecommerce.apple.com/. Apple will contact you within 48 hours with an approval and instructions on how to use the new site.

2. Contact the Apple Education sales team at (800) 800-2775 and choose option 6 for customer support in using or registering to use the Education Online Store.  The team is available between the hours of 7:30am - 6:30 pm.


3.Contact our sales representative Christine Young for a quote: (800) 800-2775 x46841 or christine_young@apple.com or education.store@apple.com


4. Contact the Information Resources office at ir@rowan.edu



Your quote must be e-mailed to the Purchasing Office after your order has been entered on Banner.

A Note on Memory: The amount of memory, or RAM in a machine will determine how fast a machine will run. We recommend putting as much memory into your machine as you can afford. You can also add memory to most machines at a later date.
