BJ's sell the software at a discount. You can also usually
purchase from your computer's manufacturer at a discount.
Also,
Rowan does not recommend purchasing an Anti-Virus program
from a vendor. McAffee
anti-virus is free for all students and is available
at www.rowan.edu/download
(Rowan username and password is needed to access the software)
A Note on Memory: The
amount of memory, or RAM, in a machine will determine
how fast a machine will run. We recommend putting as
much memory into your machine as you can afford. You
can also add memory to most machines at a later date.
