You can now check the status of your orders online.

Select Order Status from the Rowan University Dell page

Choose the Reference Number Type from the drop down menu and enter the Rowan Purchase Order number. Hit the Submit button.

If the order was received by Dell, the information will appear, including when the order was shipped.

If the message is "No Orders Were Found", then Dell has not processed your order yet. You can then contact Eric Abrahams
