Program Information
Our online Bachelor of Science (BS) in Healthcare Management and Administration program will combine liberal arts, business, and the study of the healthcare industry with a focus on the health system's infrastructure: community health, marketing, organizational culture, public policy, public health, finance, human resources, organization, technology and strategic planning for the changing healthcare industry. The program's primary objective is to prepare professionals who can assume a leadership role in shaping the future of health care within their chosen path in the healthcare industry.
The program is also available as a 3+1 program through one of our Rowan College partner institutions, Rowan College of Burlington County [RCBC].
We’re a transfer-friendly school. We offer resources to help you see how your previously earned credits from a community college, a four-year institution or military training will transfer to this program. Our Bachelor of Science (BS) in Healthcare Management and Administration program requires the completion of 120 credits (30 credits must be completed at Rowan University) of approved general education and major coursework in order to graduate with a bachelor’s degree.

Upon receipt of the materials below, a representative from the Rowan University Office of Admissions will contact you with confirmation, or will indicate any missing items.
- Submit an application
- No application fee! The application fee is waived for all Rowan Online undergraduate programs.
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of number of credits earned)
- Associate’s Degree or 24 semester hours of transferable college credits
- Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
