Non Participating Programs in ERAS

Not all programs participate in ERAS, so it is important to ask each program in which you are interested if they participate. If you apply to a non-participating program, please follow these guidelines.

  1. Use the specific application supplied by the program(s).
  2. Complete the application and mail it directly to the program along with any other required supplemental information.
  3. Have your Letter of Recommendation writers mail their letters directly to your programs. (Do not send Letters of Recommendation to Academic Affairs for these programs.) To assist in the process, please give each recommender an addressed envelope for each program to which recommender is to send the letter.
  4. Provide any supplemental information required to the individual programs (i.e. CV’s, undergraduate transcripts, board scores, etc.). See the sections entitled “Dean’s Letter” and “Transcripts” for more information about obtaining those items.
