Third and fourth year medical students have the opportunity to rotate through the orthopedic surgery program at Rowan SOM. Typically, students will rotate between 2-4 weeks through the various hospital systems. Expectations on rotation include attendance to all educational conferences and lectures, attendance to appropriate AM report per division, and active participation within the operating room as well as with consultations.

In addition, each rotating student will be required to present a 10-12 minute case presentation on an interesting case they participated in during their time here. These are presented to attendings, residents and fellow students during Monday morning Grand Rounds.

For elective third and fourth year student rotations, please contact academic affairs.
