In support of the mission and goals of the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, the Division of Information Resources & Technology (IRT) provides secure, timely, accurate and effective service to students, faculty and staff in the areas of:

 

Location and Hours

Support specialists are available on-site Monday through Thursday in Academic Center 292 beginning at 9 a.m. If you need to request support or if you want to report a technology problem, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400 or support@rowan.edu.

Supported Hardware

Information Resources & Technology, in conjunction with University standards established by IRT, supports the following systems: Lenovo/IBM, Apple, and Dell, as well as other RowanSOM proprietary systems and printers.

RowanSOM has a specific method of storing and discarding computer equipment, if you have questions please submit a service ticket at RowanSOMITsupport@rowan.edu with the details of your need.
