Congratulations on your acceptance to Rowan-Virtua School of Translational Biomedical Engineering & Sciences! Please review and complete our Accepted Students Checklist to help you prepare for your journey at TBES.

Our Fall 2025 Rowan-Virtua TBES Orientation will be held online via WebEx on August 13, 2025 beginning at 9 a.m. Students will be emailed the link to join the orientation.

After receiving information from a variety of campus services, students will break out into their program groups for a session with their Program Director/Chair.

You will not be permitted to register until all holds are removed from your account.

• Please be sure to begin working on the checklist of required items as soon as possible, as completing some of the required forms can take several weeks.
• Information regarding Financial Aid can be found on our site. Please contact the Financial Aid office directly with questions.
• TBES does not offer on-campus housing, however, our housing and area information page may be a helpful place to begin your search for housing near campus.
• Information Resources & Technology (IRT) support for Rowan students can be found here.

Your health and safety is important to us, therefore, the University requires that all students have health insurance. All full time students will be automatically enrolled and billed for the school-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan serviced by Aetna unless you submit proof of outside health insurance coverage here to obtain a waiver.

Looking ahead to the upcoming semester, we invite you to explore the Student Resources section of our website. Getting acquainted with where to find important information will help you as you matriculate to TBES. In this section, you will be able to view the academic calendar, schedules and curriculum information, as well as other important links. All students should take the time to read both the General Information and their Program-specific Student Handbook to become familiar with the how the staff at TBES can help you during your time with us.
