Office of the BursarPursuant to the passage of both the FAFSA Simplification and FUTURE Acts, educational institutions are required to make cost of attendance information publicly available on sites that detail tuition and fees. “Cost of attendance”, or COA, is defined as the average cost to attend for one academic year and includes expenses other than tuition and fees that you should plan for, such as:

• Personal needs
• Transportation
• Books, course materials, supplies, and equipment

- Endowed Scholarships
- Rowan University Scholars Program
- Alumni Scholarships
- External scholarships
- Dembrowski Regalia Scholarship
- Rowan University has the Dembrowski Regalia Scholarship fund which covers the cost of the cap and gown for any veteran or graduating service members.
Need-based federal and State financial aid is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
