Campus Facilities and Resources

A variety of support services are provided for students, including personal and academic counseling and programs available through the Counseling and Psychological Services Center as well as the Center for Academic Advising and Exploration (CAAdE) and the Career Management Center. Tutoring and help in developing study skills is available through the Academic Success Center.

The Student Campus Portal provides access to Student Webmail, Blackboard, Student Self-Service, and information on upcoming events.


The Information Resources Tech Toolbox is a resource where students having trouble with internet, email, or other technology issues can search for answers before visiting the technicians in Memorial Hall.


There are approximately 1,000 computers in various Computer Labs, complete with printing services, available throughout campus including a 24-hour lab in Mimosa Hall. In addition, indoor and outdoor locations throughout campus are Wi-fi enabled.


Rowan University Public Safety provides Police, Security, Crime Prevention, Parking, Fire Safety, and Emergency Medical Services.


The Public Safety Shuttle Service provides safe transportation to designated stops around the Glassboro Campus from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am while college is in session. Information about the service and a map of stops can be found here.


The Camden/Glassboro Shuttle transports students between the Rowan Camden and Glassboro campuses Monday-Friday. Find the Spring 2012 shuttle schedule here.


The Chamberlain Student Center is the hub of student activities. It houses the Student Government Association(SGA) and other student organizations, various dining services, the mailroom, and a laundry room.


Student University Programmers (SUP) coordinates student activities on and off campus. Find complete listings and schedules for upcoming student events.


Dining Services provides many dining options and services. Check the menus, nutrition information, hours, and news about Rowan's dining options.


The Bursar's Office manages billing and collections, cashiering, student aid disbursement, and RowanCard.


The Student Health Center offers services focused on the treatment of acute illness and injuries and preventative care.

Rowan University's six-story Campbell Library is the largest in southern New Jersey. The library provides on-line access to book, periodical and selected newspaper holdings. It opened in February 1995 and houses more than 350,000 books, documents and multimedia materials.


The Rec Center is a comprehensive recreational sports facility that houses a pool, running track, racquetball courts and a multi-sport gym. Activities offered include intramural sports, fitness activities, and a variety of programs.


The Rowan University Barnes and Noble Bookstore is a one-stop campus shop for textbooks, computer software, school and art supplies, and Rowan branded apparel.
