Pollino discussed the surprising amount of people who have a fear of flying. In addition, she also mentioned common reasons why people are frightened of flying in an airplane. East shared her story of living as a young woman with anxiety and major depression disorder. She described how she copes with living with these disorders. Following graduation, East went into psychology and now works with youth. The Minding Your Mind Foundation is a program where speakers share their histories with mental illness.
