Anthony Papasso is a data-driven digital marketing leader with over 10 years of experience in analytics and integrated marketing, where he leads the Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing team as a Senior Director. An alumnus of Rowan, Anthony holds both an MBA with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the university.

Anthony’s work centers on aligning marketing technology, analytics, and digital strategy to support enrollment growth and performance measurement. Under his leadership, the team manages key areas such as CRM and automation integration, marketing analytics, conversion rate optimization, and digital advertising, ensuring Rowan’s marketing efforts are data-informed, efficient, and scalable.

Before joining Rowan, Anthony gained experience in both agency and in-house marketing roles within the healthcare industry. His time on the agency side deepened his understanding of campaign execution, client expectations, and the need for measurable results. That experience informs his current work, where he focuses on bridging complex technical systems with broader strategic goals.
