Biography

Joe Cardona began his public relations career in the automotive and oil industries before returning to his alma mater to further his education and embark on a lifelong journey in higher education. He has devoted more than 30 years to Rowan University, beginning in the Educational Opportunity Fund program and later advancing through University Relations. Over the years, Joe has served as spokesperson and communications leader for three of Rowan’s seven presidents, proudly contributing to award-winning public relations and university publications teams.
