Biography

(she/her) Carolyn is a Front-End Web Developer in the department of Web Strategy & Development and has been building websites for over 16 years — working at Penn State, Saint Joseph's University, and Bucks County Community College previously. Her focus at Rowan is building lightweight, user-centered website templates for all rowan.edu web presences, primarily for Cascade CMS. She also works on accessibility initiatives to bring Rowan websites into compliance with WCAG standards and development project management.

12 lb, 6 year-old pomeranian. People-person with big dog energy. Would sell her whole family for a hard-boiled egg.

Born and raised in State College, PA, Carolyn attended Penn State University (we are) graduating with a B.S. in Information Sciences & Technology. She lives in Bordentown with her husband and dog, Lucy. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, guitars, and fumbling her way through DIY renovation projects.
