Apartments
Rowan University's two-hundred acre campus currently features eight residence halls and four apartment complex's with a variety of living and learning environments. Each hall has numerous programs geared towards the resident along with a twenty-four hour staff of trained Resident Assistants and public safety representatives. Nestled among the trees in historic Glassboro, New Jersey, the on-campus residence halls and apartments house over 2,000 students.

Edgewood Park Apartments
Edgewood Park Apartments consist of four separate buildings that are identical in structure. Each building has three floors each with 24 individiual units and house up to 480 students. The individual apartments are designated same gender units and each building is co-ed. There is limited parking in front of the complex.

Mansion Park Apartments
Mansion Park Apartments houses 260 students within 7 buildings. The individual apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and can accommodate from 2 to 4 students. Individual apartments are designated same gender units and each building is co-ed. Ample parking is on site for all residents. The downstairs apartments have back porches. Residents of Mansion Park are required to pay for their own electrical service which includes heat, hot water and cooking ranges. Starting September 2008 electric will be included in the housing rate.*

Triad Apartments
The Triad Apartments houses 340 students. It is split into three "wings" consisting of three floor each. Individual apartments are designated same gender units and each floor is co-ed. Each apartment has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 students. Parking is available on site for all residents. |

Townhouses Complex
The townhouses that opened September 2004 boast 113 townhouse units (4 and 6 bedroom units), three-story parking garage and a community center. They will hold 464 beds each in single occupancy rooms. The three story 572 parking spot lot adjacent to the townhouses will accommodate students and commuters who work and take classes in the nearby academic buildings. The 5,000-sq. ft. facility contains two large meeting rooms, staff offices, laundry facilities, a game room and the townhouse complex director's residence.
