Below are the Summer 2013 housing rates. All rates are subject to change in accordance to the policies of the Board of Trustees.

Cancellation of the summer housing contract after the April 29, 2013 deadline will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

*Students will be charged the daily rate for the complex they are residing in for any dates they are approved to reside on campus prior to the start of their session or after their summer session has ended.

Below are the 2012 - 2013 housing rates per semester. All rates are subject to change in accordance to the policies of the Board of Trustees.

  • Residential Hall (two person occupancy) - $3,446.00
  • Residential Hall (single occupancy) - $4,030.00
  • Edgewood Park Apartments & Triad (Air Conditioned)- $3,607.00
  • Triad Apartments (Non Air Conditioned)- $3,502.00
  • Townhouse Complex - $4,349.00
  • Rowan Blvd. Apartments - $4,652.00
  • The Whitney Center - $4,697.00

*Housing Rates for 2013-2014 will be determined by the Board of Trustees during the summer. Once the rates are approved, they will be posted on this page.
