Biography

Paula Bethea serves as Operations Coordinator for Brand & Marketing Strategy, where her work contributes to a wide range of print and digital communication projects that support the institution’s strategic goals. Paula collaborates with creative teams, University partners, and external vendors to deliver compelling, brand-aligned business cards, promotional items, and apparel that support Rowan’s distinct branding. Paula’s contributions support faculty and staff across the University.

Beginning her employment at Glassboro State College in 1992, Paula has held roles in several vital departments throughout her 30+ years at Rowan, including: Dining Services, Payroll, Bursar’s Office, Alumni Relations and University Publications.

Paula met her amazing husband, Creg Bethea ‘11, at the Rowan Rec Center in 2002. As a lifelong Eagles fan, Paula can often be heard chanting on Sundays: “E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!”
