Rowan University’s Social Media team is the voice of Rowan University across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). Through strategy, storytelling and real-time engagement, we connect with current and prospective students, alumni, faculty and the broader Rowan community. From campus celebrations to academic highlights and university initiatives, our content reflects the heart of Rowan.
We don’t just post — we plan, monitor trends, foster conversation and ensure our online presence reflects the university’s values, voice and vision.
Our Focus
We manage Rowan University’s main social media channels and partner with departments across campus to:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for campaigns, events and initiatives
- Tell compelling stories through short-form videos, reels, carousels, graphics and more
- Monitor and respond to community conversations and engagement
- Train and mentor student content creators and influencers
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity and brand consistency
- Offer crisis communication and real-time coverage when needed
