Dr. Williams has been teaching at Rowan University since 2012. Her research interests include higher education academic integrity and rhetoric of animal rescue. Dr. Williams is a cat and kitten foster for various local shelters and rescues, and she volunteers with a local TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, and return) organization that has fixed over 5,000 community cats in three years.
Dr. Williams is an alumna of Rowan University’s Cinema Workshop. Her film credentials include producing and directing short films, some of which were featured in various film festivals including the L.A. International Shorts Fest (2003), the New York Minute Film Festival (2005), the International Festival of Film and Technology (2005 World Tour), and the Johns Hopkins Film Festival (2004).
