Biography
Joy Elvin received her Ed.D from Nova Southeastern University, MSW from Widener University, and BSW from Eastern University. Her main areas of practice are community based services to adults, child welfare, and permanency and aftercare. Dr Elvin is excited to continue serving in the community where she was born and raised!
