RIPPAC Scholarships

Part of the Rowan Institute for Public Policy & Citizenship's mission involves facilitating student leadership skills and internship experiences through offices in politics, government, and issue advocacy. 

RIPPAC awards scholarships each summer to eligible students who further these goals. 

Prospective/incoming Rowan students with a 3.0 or higher high school GPA may be eligible to apply for the RIPPAC Leadership Corps Scholarship by invite in their Applicant Portal. Leadership Corps offers $12,000 over the course of the recipient's four-year undergraduate career. 

Continuing Rowan students who successfully secure summer internships in the above fields may be eligible to apply for one of four intern scholarships: 

• Dr. Bruce Caswell Scholarship ($1,000 per recipient)
• Rick Rosenberg, Jr. Memorial Scholarship ($2,500 per recipient)
• James P. Fox Memorial Scholarship ($2,500 per recipient)
• RIPPAC DC Intern Scholarship ($1,000 per recipient)
