Venue Management

The College of the Arts Venue Management Office manages the performance venues of Rowan's Glassboro Campus, including the 800-seat Pfleeger Concert Hall and 200-seat Boyd Recital Hall, both located in Wilson Hall, and the 300-seat Tohill Theater located in Bunce Hall. Our Venue Management team coordinates reservations, equipment and staffing for these venues and their adjacent spaces (rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, lobbies, etc.).

To start the reservation process:

Internal clients (Rowan Administractive and Academic Departments, Student Organizations, Faculty, Staff and Administrators): Please put a request in via the 25live scheduling system.

Pfleeger Concert Hall

Located in Wilson Hall, Pfleeger Concert Hall is an 800-seat proscenium theatre with a full complement of fly space, masking draperies, lighting and sound equipment available. The full Pfleeger Technical packet is available upon request through the Venue Management team.

Boyd Recital Hall

Located in Wilson Hall, Boyd Recital Hall is a 200-seat proscenium theatre. There is no fly system and both audio and lighting systems are limited. The full technical packet is available upon request from the Venue Management team.

Tohill Theater

Located in Bunce Hall, Tohill Theater is a 300-seat thrust style theatre with a full complement of fly space, lighting and sound equipment. As the main space used by our Theatre program, it has limited availability. Please contact the Venue Management team for more info.
