For the summer of 2026, the Rowan Institute for Public Policy and Citizenship compiles a list of offices and organizations offering internship opportunities throughout New Jersey and beyond.
This list, by no means exhaustive, offers an example of the range of internship opportunities available to Rowan students.
If you are interested in improving your resume, or you are seeking an internship in a particular field that you do not see listed below, please email Liz Dircks at dircks@rowan.edu to set up an in-person, one-on-one meeting with Dr. Ben Dworkin, director of RIPPAC.

To receive academic credit:
Through your academic department -- Please contact your advisor for details.
Through the Ric Edelman College of Humanities & Social Sciences (CHSS) Match Internship Program --
If you find an internship, you can receive academic credit from the College of Humanities & Social Sciences (CHSS) Match Internship Program. Students may receive either 2 credits for 85-100 internship hours or 3 credits for 130 hours in the internship.
Students also have the option of taking the credit in the semester following their internship.
To receive credit, simply complete the CHSS Match Application for Credit with your internship supervisor and submit it to Assistant Dean Stephen Fleming at flemings@rowan.edu prior to the semester in which you would like to receive credit.
