Frequently Asked Questions
FAFSA processing begins October 1 of each year for the upcoming academic year. Make sure your application is submitted for the intended enrollment period.
The FAFSA for 2025-2026 uses tax information from tax year 2024, which should already be available to you under most circumstances. We encourage all students to submit their FAFSA by April 1st each year for the upcoming school year. This ensures you meet the State grants deadline and that we have plenty of time to process any subsequent tasks and prepare your financial aid package for the upcoming school year. If you matriculate in the spring term, submit your FAFSA immediately following your acceptance to the school.
