Accepted Student Checklist
Congratulations on your acceptance to Rowan-Virtua TBES, we are happy you have chosen us to help you meet your future goals. Please be sure to complete all required items on this checklist as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to TBES.
- Complete Student Health Forms: Your Wellness Center Requirements.
- Rowan Photo ID: Instruction on how to get your RowanCard can be found here.
- Canvas: Visit the IRT Canvas Information page.
- Verify Laptop Compatibility: All students in the Master of Biomedical Sciences, Certificate in Biomedical Sciences and MS in Histopathology are required to have a laptop that is compatible with our ExamSoft* software. Please review this website to verify your computer is compatible. If you already have a laptop that meets these requirements, it is strongly recommended you bring it with you to orientation.
- Set-up Online Credentials: The University provides a wide array of computing resources to support students. They include Rowan Self Service, email, computing labs, library resources, an online virtual learning system, etc. The key to accessing those resources and more, is establishing your computing credentials. Please remember to bring your Rowan ID number and password with you to orientation.
- To establish your credentials, you will need to visit the following links and follow all instructions. If you have any issues setting up your email or Self Service accounts please reach out to https://support.rowan.edu.
- Financial Aid Award letters will be emailed to the University Email once the FAFSA is received.

- Complete Proxy Management and FERPA requests.
- If Applicable - Disability Services: For students with documented disabilities, Disability Services provides accommodations and services to ensure equal access to educational programs and services in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990) and Rowan policy. Disability Services facilitates the provision of these services and accommodations for students. Accommodations are determined on an individual basis using disability documentation and in consultation with the student. If you are in need of an accommodation for a documented disability, please contact Disability Services directly. This will not apply to all students.
