Masters of Translational Orthopedic Device Engineering, class of 2026

Being a student of the Translational Orthopedic Device Engineering (TODE) program has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The curriculum expanded my foundational knowledge, allowing me to further advance in my career as an orthopedic design engineer specializing in tumor & revision endoprosthetics. Not only did I gain a deeper understanding of human biomechanics and pathophysiology, but also how that impacts functionality of implants and translates into real-world implant design. As a result, I am able to provide more confident surgical planning consultations and optimize implant design, enhancing my contributions to patient care and outcomes. I hope this program continues to have the same meaningful impact on students in years to come!
